'My experience of being a Chair of Governors under the Empower Trust is feeling both positive and supportive'

I feel that I can approach the Trust with any queries or issues that may arise and they respond promptly with confidentiality, professionalism and knowledge. Chair Forum meetings are organised by the Trust and have proved beneficial in sharing experiences with other Chair of Governors and it is also the opportunity to discuss changes in education and systems used. Chairs are actively encouraged to work together to provide support to each other. Empower Trust communicates on a regular basis and organises training for governors to attend and endeavours to support governors in their voluntary roles. Empower Trust are dynamic with their technology and making data easier for us to understand whilst also making it easy to use and access. Schools supporting other schools – doesn’t get much better than that!
